All sales are final, returns are not accepted, neither are exchanges or refunds. Please keep in mind that our pieces are pre-loved and vintage, not new. Natural signs of wear should be expected. Transparency is important to us; within each item listing, there is a detailed description with important information, condition grading and many pictures. Please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order.
We make sure that all our handpicked items are carefully inspected on quality. If you have any doubts about the size, color or quality an item, please don’t hesitate to contact us at customers@shopmaterialgoods.com before placing an order, as all sales are final.
As part of our efforts to ensure the quality and condition of the products we sell, we record a video of each clothing item during the packing process before shipping them out to our customers. This step ensures that the condition of the clothing item is accurately represented at the time of sale. It also allows us to verify the condition of the item in case of any disputes regarding the item’s condition upon receipt by the customer.
